- Sourthern Melodies at the Telfair
Museum - The art exhibition, Southern Melodies: A Larry Connaster
Retrospective, will be at the Telfair Museum of Art through September 8th. Call

- Vacation Reading Program -
Children earn prizes for reading and participating in many fun-filled programs to help
encourage reading even when school is out. This summer-long program is being held in

- Daily Cannon Firing - Learn
about the history of Fort Jackson with a tour guide dressed in Civil War uniform featuring
the firing of a live cannon. Tours daily at 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM.

- 20th Century Warriors -
Learn about Savannah's militia units in WWI and WWII at the Savannah History Museum on MLK

- Summer Interpretive Programs
- Daily programs from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM that cover different topics such as artillery,
natural history, seacoast defense systems, slavery and soldier life. Events take

- Trolley Tales of Historic Haunts - Do you believe in ghosts? You will after you ride the
