HOW TO: Test your Emergency Response Unit

Testing your Emergency Response Unit is a simple procedure; just follow these steps.

Call the station toll-free at 1-877-NIGHT24 (1-877-644-4824).
Give them your name and tell them that you would like to test your unit WITH RESPONSE. You must ask to test "with response" or they will just turn the unit to test and not contact you.

You can test your unit at any time. Nightingale Services will test your unit monthly without any action on your part. You will be informed when this monthly testing occurs.
